Samples are taken from storage areas of trade goods according to international standards. In risky situations, field measurements and analyses, including temperature, humidity, physical assessments, and insect infestation, are conducted, photographed, and clients are informed as preliminary data.
Samples are sent to internationally accredited laboratories if necessary.
At discharge ports, or due to issues arising from loading ports, corrective measures are implemented to prevent contract breaches and potential losses for the client.
